01. Owey Pritchard

Owey checks on a ‘White-leg leghorn’ ; a year old Cockerel which he hasn’t yet shown - brought up on a farm, Owey has been interested in keeping fowl since a child and has over 30 as a hobby. At 76 years of age he worked as a joiner/carpenter and has lived in Penysarn for 37 years. Oweys Grandfather once worked in Canada and saw him do a roof with shingles so when Owey came to build his own home he used Canadian Cedar wood shingles which were easy to use, look very good and help to withstand the wind.
